Returns & Refunds - Cancellations

Pearl Chemist have a seven-day money back guarantee (excluding carriage where applicable and excluding all medicines). Once 'unwanted' goods have been received, the customer has a seven working day cancellation period. The consumer's right to reject starts from the day that the contract is made and ends on the expiry of 7 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received by the consumer. All returns for credit/refund must have prior approval from Pearl Chemist and any items without such approval may be returned to the sender at their own cost. If the goods have already been despatched they must be returned to us in an unused condition (postage is the responsibility of the person returning the item).
